Welcome to IgnitorHub 2025
The Centre for Promoting Lifelong Learning from Timisoara, together with its associated partners and support networks from Europe is managing since 2015 a network for professionals interested in developing co-financed projects, supporting lifelong learning for our communities. Our members and the developed projects reflect de diversity of the needs across Europe, all united under the power of creating lifelong learning spaces.
This year, Know and Can Association from Sofia, Bulgaria has taken the lead in organizing and hosting the event. We are pleased to present to all guests the agenda for the two days of the conference, which brings together inspiring sessions, collaborative discussions, and opportunities for sharing ideas and building new partnerships.

“From Ideas to Results: What makes EU proposals land – and last!”
Andres is a project writer, coordinator, trainer, evaluator, facilitator, in different fi elds such as education, training, youth, employment, gender, entrepreneurship,
digital, environment, inclusion and sport. External expert for the European Commission and for several National Agencies.
Professional experience working for public authorities (local and regional), universities (Spain and Turkey), private companies, SMEs, NGOs and institutions.

Key Speaker Paul Guest Delivering Change and Transformation through Erasmus+:
Past, Present and Future Perspectives
Paul has worked on all aspects of European-funded
development in education and training, with more than 30 years of experience as a project manager,
programme manager, evaluator, assessor, researcher and trainer. In this short keynote,
Paul will refl ect on past programme successes and achievements, whilst also highlighting future
development goals and priorities, and areas where further input and investment might be needed.
