Our core concept is “Learning as a Service”, a modular and flexible approach that combines digital learning, real-time advisory services, microlearning, and skills matchmaking into one scalable solution tailored for SMEs, public organizations, and regional innovation ecosystems.

Short project summary
ReVETalise addresses urgent skills gaps in vocational education and training (VET) across the Western Balkans, where outdated curricula, weak industry links, limited teacher upskilling, and persistent gender inequalities hinder the development of a job-ready workforce. While ICT exports in the region are growing, over 60% of employers report that graduates lack essential digital competences such as cloud computing, AI, and cybersecurity. Work-based learning opportunities remain scarce, and fewer than 20% of ICT VET students are women. By aligning VET provision with the EU Digital Decade, Green Deal, and gender equality priorities, ReVETalise will build more inclusive, industry-responsive, and future-ready VET systems in Kosovo and beyond, reducing skills mismatches, fostering innovation, and increasing the attractiveness of ICT careers for both young men and women.

Main Aim of the proposed project
Developing modular, competency-based ICT curricula aligned with EQF and ESCO, including green ICT and emerging technologies.

Strengthening school-industry partnerships through a dual VET toolkit and digital internship matching platform.

Upskilling teachers via micro-credential training in digital, inclusive, and gender-sensitive pedagogy, complemented by mentoring and virtual job shadowing.

Launching a multilingual Digital Knowledge Hub to centralise curricula, open resources, WBL placements, and student e-portfolios.

Promoting gender equality with a “Girls in Tech” campaign, youth-led storytelling, and VR-based outreach events.

Expected results – output of the proposed project
5 modular curricula packages co-created with industry, aligned to EQF/ESCO.

Dual VET partnership toolkit and digital internship matching platform.

Teacher training programme (micro-credentials, mentoring, job shadowing).

Multilingual Digital Knowledge Hub with curricula, OERs, WBL database, and student e-portfolios.

“Girls in Tech” outreach campaign with VR open days, youth-led storytelling, and gender-sensitive materials.
